Refund policy

Exchange and Return Policy :
The product may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that it has not been used at all and is in its original condition, including original packaging and accessories.
Products may be returned or exchanged if they do not match the specifications stated on the website, or if the product is damaged or has manufacturing defects.
Products cannot be returned if defects are caused by misuse.
Products that are custom-made based on the customer’s request cannot be returned.
Refund Policy
The product value will be refunded to the customer after the technical inspection of the returned product.
The original invoice must be provided to confirm the place and date of purchase.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method:
Cash refund for cash payments
Bank transfer for Visa payments
For cash purchases, the refund will be issued within 7 business days from the date the technical report is issued.
For Visa purchases, the refund will be issued within 14 business days from the date the technical report is issued.
Important Notes:
Business days are from Saturday to Thursday, excluding weekly days off and official public holidays.

Other sizes are considered None standard, are custom-made, and cannot be returned.

As for bedding, duvet covers and sets are custom-made for you, and special sizes are considered special orders and cannot be returned or exchanged
