Shipping & Delivery

when will my order ship ? 

When you order from our website, we guarantee that the order will be processed within 24 hours and delivered within

3:4 days within Cairo and Giza
Lower Egypt in 5:7 days
upper Egypt in 7: 14 days

my order has not sent yet , what should i do ? 

Depending on your location, please allow 5-8 days for delivery from the day you received your order confirmation. The status of your application is updated to you via emails at every step. If you are having trouble reading the emails or if you do not receive any updates, please contact our customer service immediately. Call us at hot line Daily except Friday (9 AM - 5 PM) or an email will be sent to you after the order has been shipped containing the tracking number and service provider. Type the tracking number into the tracking section of your service provider's website. The order status will provide detailed information about your package. If, for any reason, our shipping partner cannot reach you, we will provide you with instructions to collect the product(s)

what hapens to delivery if i am not home ?

We have an option to add Delivery Notes while placing the order. You can either provide a special instruction or mention the safe place/location to safely drop the order.

Can i specify delivery date ?

Unfortunately not. We deliver via third-party couriers and at the moment it's not possible to specify delivery dates and times.

What is shipping cost ?

The shipping costs vary per order Area/City. The correct costs will always be indicated at the end of the order process.

 Return Or Exchange orders
How can i return the order ?

 you can return the order . Product must be in original packing & you need to contact us via Email,  let us know you want to return the product along with the reason and photos of the product. Our support team will get back to you & help you out accordingly.

*In case of , return charges will be paid.

What is your return policy ? 

 Return within 7 days from the date of delivery
Customer pays shipping cost
The packaging bag must not be cut and the product must be preserved properly
For mattresses, we offer the possibility of returning them if they are Standard sizes as follows :
Width (120/150/160/170/180)
And lengths (190/195/200)
Other than these sizes, they are considered Non Standard sizes that are specially made and cannot be returned

What is the return nitice period ?

Returns will be accepted for damaged/defective products. You will need to notify us of any damage/defects within 48 hours of the product being delivered, in order to receive a replacement.

what if the packing pf the product is damaged upon delivery ?

If upon delivery of the product, you discover that the product packaging has been opened or is damaged, please do not accept the package and immediately notify our Customer Care team. We will offer a full refund, or send a replacement product, depending on your preference and product availability.

How long does it take to receive a refund ?

We will process your refund within 14 business days of receiving the returned product in its original packaging. 

Warranty

what is your warranty for product ?

We have a 10-year warranty on the mattresss' chassis , The warranty is a maintenance guarantee, not a replacement .

How can i claim the warranty ?

You can claim the warranty anytime within warranty period. You just simply need to contact us via Email. Share the issue with the product, along with some photos & videos and support team will help you out to

How do i place an order ?

To place an order online, please follow the following steps: Go to our shop menu > click on the product you want to order > choose the preferred size, color and fabric > click “add to cart” > review your cart > click “check out”

I change my mind . How do i cancel an order ?

It is possible to cancel your order, but only if your order has not yet been sent to the courier. Be aware, this goes very fast! In this case, please always contact our customer service by phone or whatsapp 01069136006

What is the difference between pocket spring and  connected spring?

connected spring is hard and suitable for those who suffer from back pain

While pocket spring  is more soft and suitable for those who want to feel a sense of luxury

I made a mistake while placing the order , how can I change it ?

You need to contact us immediately via  Email  Messages. We will try our best to updates it, but due to auto sync system, we cant gurantee that we can change the order.

Can i add items or amend my order ?

 yes , you can You need to contact us via  Email  Messages and Leave your phone number , We will try our best to updates your order

Should i flip or rotate my mattress ? 

The mattresses are designed to be used two way up, so flipping is  required. We recommend rotating the mattress 180 degrees every 2 weeks during the first 3 months, then every six months to maximum  performance and durability.

Is there any installment plan?

for now , no but we are seek to offer payment plans that allow you to break your payment down into equal amounts over time .
