At Almaamoun, we are committed to providing high-quality products. All our Matresses  are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects.

We have a 10-year warranty on the mattresss' chassis , The warranty is a maintenance guarantee, not a replacement ..

What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects .
  • Damage resulting from defective raw materials
  • Quality issues that appear during normal use

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage resulting from misuse / Dirt / Water and liquid leaks / The bed itself is worn and located scattered under the mattress All of that loses the  warranty
  • Damage due to accidents or negligence
  • Normal wear and tear from use
  • Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized parties

How to Claim Warranty

To claim warranty, please:

  2. Provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
  3. Describe the issue and attach photos To describe the condition of the mattress, please note that the photos will be used as a reference when returning the mattress after maintenance.
    In the event of requesting mattress renewal (changing the fabric, renewing the internal padding, or repairing the chassis) after the warranty period, the cost will be determined after a visit and inspection by the technician.
    The warranty does not cover staining or tearing of the product, or any damage resulting from misuse or improper storage.
    The warranty does not cover sagging of the mattress springs when using beds that are not designed for the mattress and that have gaps underneath it.

General tips for proper use and care of the mattress:
Double-sided mattresses should be flipped every 3–6 months to ensure even use on both sides.
Single-sided mattresses should be rotated every 3 months.
Do not leave gaps under the mattress; use a flat bed base to properly support the mattress and distribute weight evenly.
Use a mattress protector to prevent stains and moisture.
Avoid children jumping on the mattress.
Ensure the bedroom is well ventilated and air out the mattress regularly.
Make sure to take accurate measurements of the bed dimensions before purchasing a mattress.
